MEET THE TEAM

Having grown up around the restaurant industry, Dylan has always enjoyed working with people. From the age of 14, he started bussing tables at the Old Spaghetti Factory which ultimately led to many more years in hospitality and eventually managing reputable Winnipeg restaurants such Merchant Kitchen, Pizzeria Gusto and Hargrave Street Market to recently becoming a certified Sommelier.

After 14 years in Hospitality, Dylan was eager for a change. He felt that a people-facing profession like real estate would be a perfect fit and the Parkes team welcomed him with open arms.

With his experience in customer service, passion and eagerness revolving around the real estate market, Dylan is excited to take on this new adventure, and if you’re lucky enough he’ll give you a few good wine recommendations while touring your next home!
